| I think that the editorcontrol combobox that have dropdown instead of
dropdownlist would be better, it will give extra flexibility to type some
characters and have the desired value or put in the field something that it
might not be in the datasource. anybody with me?

What I mean is the editorcontrol of a column in a grid, there are
entryfield, spinbox and combobox. the combobox is always dropdownlist. if it
is a dropdown we can enter few characters in the fields part of the combobox
and the required datasource will appear and we can select it. or if someone
wants to put data in that columns cell from his own, not from the
datasource, he can do it
