Hi,
I am using Redhat linux 9 with postgreSQL 7.4.5. It contain 3 database
such as postgres, template0 template1.

If i want to create mydb where i have to create.
Either i have to login as us postgres , and create mydb

or

under psql template1 and create mydb

or

under psql template0 and create mydb
