Author configure: error: file 'tclConfig.sh' is required for Tcl

Hi!
I'm configuring
postgresql-8.1.3
with
"./configure --with-perl --with-python --enable-nls --with-openssl
--enable-debug --enable-cassert --with-tcl"
being root, in
"/usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/pg/postgresql-8.1.3"
directory, on Fedora Core 4.

I have this error:
"configure: error: file 'tclConfig.sh' is required for Tcl"

The file tclConfig.sh is not present in /usr/lib/tcl8.4 or in
/usr/share/tcl8.4. I have searched for it in all the filesystem!
tclConfig.sh is not on my filesystem...! How is it possible?

I tried to verify tcl' installtion:

[root@freddie pgsql]# rpm -qa | grep tcl
tcl-8.4.9-3

-------

I've tried to uninstall it and re-install it.
But the configure' error is the same!!...

Please, help me
Tery
