Can the symbol DRIVER_CURSOR_IMPLEM
ENT be removed? It seems it's the
default in all builds now.

Is that the one for the updateable cursor code? If so, that's still
experimental (not to mention a little buggy) so it might be best left in, if
only as a guide to help whoever ends up debugging it learn his way around
it.
