cannt compile from sources

Hi!
I have trouble with compile psqlODBC driver from sourses(under
WindowsXP). I used Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003, IDE.
I create new dll project, add *.c,*.h,*.def files without md5.c under
instruction and try to compile - nothing.
Please, tell me what I wrong?
