Author advice on which version to install

Hi,
I am leaving my current (English-deficient) company and am having to
do a month of knowledge transfer to make sure that the projects and
products I have brought in can be used and updated where necessary. I
would like to give some general guidelines on the "best version" of
the odbc driver to use. There was a period there where there was a
change of code base, but as far as I can tell this is now stabilised.
Would it be fair to say that the latest version to be found in
http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/odbc/versions/msi/ is always the best?
Cheers
Antoine

choose an index scan if your joining column's datatypes do not
match
