Summary: problems with national language support in ODBC shipped with PostgreSQL 8.0.6 Win32

Initial Comment:
The polish national letters were in proper way visible with MS Access 2003 via ODBC 8.00.01.01 . With this shipped (8.00.01.03 - sorry - it is not the newest) with PostgreSQL 8.0.6 not.
