Author Slony-I 1.1.2 Released

This release addresses four issues:

* Subscribing to an empty set could cause replication to break
with a malformed query on the subscriber.

* During the execution of DDL scripts, all tables will be restored
in order to support cross-schema DDL.

* UPDATE FUNCTIONS got fixed to support upgrading from 1.0.6.

* A FAIL OVER failure condition was addressed; it turns out that
the ACCEPT_SET code added for 1.1.0 to guard against concurrency
problems with MOVE SET may also be used to guard FAIL OVER.

"It goes against the grain of modern education to teach children to
program. What fun is there in making plans, acquiring discipline in
organizing thoughts, devoting attention to detail and learning to be
self-critical?" -- Alan Perlis
