ANN: PLJava 1.1.0b1 released

A 1.1 version of PLJava is on its way and the first beta was just released.

The bump in minor version was motivated by the addition of new features
such as DatabaseMetaData, ResultSetMetaData, language handlers for both
trusted and untrusted language, additional semantics for functions
returning SETOF, and simple ObjectPooling. More info here:
