A Win32 binary version of the pgxml module (xml2) for PostgreSQL is
available here:

A patch to compile the module is available here:

http://www.u-moe.org/postgres/postgres-xml2-8.0.1.patch

Instructions for how to install and compile the module for Windows can
be found at:
