Folks,

O'Reilly is having their first OSCON in Amsterdam this year. They want
submissions for their database track, and unfortunately there's only a few
days before the initial submission deadline.

Keep in mind that you don't need to have your talk fully prepared, you just
need a 2-paragraph proposal right now. Unlike OSCON in the US, we will not
be organizing a PostgreSQL "delegation" to this one; just go ahead and apply.
