PgWorksheet 1.8 released.

PgWorksheet is a simple GUI frontend to PostgreSQL for executing SQL queries and
psql commands without using the psql command line tool.

This release adds syntax highlighting (including PostgreSQL dialect and data
types), support for double quoted strings, and a multi-level undo/redo system.
