I'm using Postgres running under a Windows operation system. I'm want to
kwon if I can find a open source software to make a replication.

It appears as though some effort will soon be going into getting
Slony-I to run on Win32.

It is not presently an option, but perhaps late in the summer or early
in the fall there may be a release that can run on Windows(tm)...
