Hi,

Each time when I try the command:
select * from BETS_DB_BUGS;
It will give me an error message: Less: not found.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

Use Cygwin's setup.exe to install the less package or use the following
to disable psql from using a pager:

\pset pager
