Description: postgresql-8.0.msi Fails to Install
Details:

postgresql-8.0.msi after selection of the language and request for the
continuation of istalation returns "Failed to create process 2!" and
terminates.

PostgreSQL (without Cygwin) is only supported on Windows NT4 and above.
