Description: Error in PSQLODBC.DLL using SQLTablePrivileges
Details:

With version 8.00.01.01 of PSQLODBC.DLL under Windows 2000 if call to the
ODBC function SQLTablePrivileges and inform the TableName but don't inform
the SchemaName then the driver crash (GPF).

Also happens if don't inform SchemaName and TableName. Or if only inform
SchemaName.
