equivalent of get_monfixed_counter on 12.5

Does someone know the equivalent of :

get_monfixed_counter
('metadata_cache_sta
ts', 'total_xdes') &
get_monfixed_counter
('metadata_cache_sta
ts', 'active_xdes')

I was once given :

config_admin(22, 185, 2, 0, "counter1", NULL) &
config_admin(22, 185, 2, 0, "counter1", NULL)

But that made no sense as it is the same list of arguments?
