| Hi,
I am using sybase ASE 12.5.3.
I have a scenario, where I need to connect to a remote sybase server
and my local database at the same time - to generate results from a
query which uses both the databases. I know that it is possible in
Oracle to have database links. What can we do in sybase for the same? I
have read about the proxy tables - however, the documents do not talk
about connection parameters about the remote database. Where do I need
to set that up? Please let me know if some documentation is available
about the same - or about some working example.
Thanks.
