Connection to Sybase with Adaptive Server Anywhere 6.0 driver

| Hi,
I'm trying to connect to an existing Sybase Server (named
TOP).
on that server there are 3 DB running, IME, IBE & TOY.
When i am trying to connect to one of these Databases while
another user is connected via a client program i get the
error that the database file is already in use...
I am using c# with the Microsoft.Data.ODBC
i have created a System DSN with the pathe to the database
file ... can somebody provide me a Connectionstring so that
i do not longer need to use the System DSN ....
Please contact me at : Christophe@Proquest.be
Many Thanks

| Hi Christophe
You should post this to the sqlanywhere.general public newsgroup. This odbc
newsgroup is primarily for ODBC Driver issues related to Sybase ASE. Most
sqlanywhere folks may not look at this newsgroup.

| Actually, I believe this newsgroup is for ODBC-related issues, and Christophe's
issue is not out of line.
In any case, you should be connecting to a server, not to the database file. You
also need to ensure that you have set the server up with the correct number of
licensed seats.
