| I cannot think of a workaround for this issue, since the index is over a
catalog table and even as a DBA you cannot alter catalog objects.
Because you are having difficulty reproducing the problem on other
databases (and thanks for doing so), I would like to see this particular
database so we can determine what the problem is, as long as that is
acceptable to you. If so, please email me directly so that we can make
arrangements.
