Hi all,

I'm trying to run 9.0.2 on Windows x64 running on an Opteron machine.

I have installed the 9.0.1 CD and then d/l the 9.0.x -> 9.0.2 (IA64)
roll-up and installed it too. But still this message (or words to that
effect) appeared:

dbsrv.exe file is valid. But not for this kind of server or machine

What did I do wrong?

Thanks

IA64 executable won't run on the x64 PC.

Thanks Dmitri,

But I couldn't find any other updates of the download section of
ianywhere. Care to point out to me which link I should download for the
9.0.2 with 64-bit support?

Thanks

No EBF has been issued on the platform yet. If you need an EBF for
Windows x64, please contact tech support and request that they make one
available.
