Author Starting Network Service

I am a software developer - I have a customer that just installed
SqlAnywhere 9.0.2. I have created 2 databases and now I want to setup a
network database server to run as a service. The server is Windows 2003.
Under the 'Services' tab, I selected to create a network database server and
I selected the server programs as:
c:\program files\sybase\sql anywhere 9\win32\dbsrv9.exe

I entered the parameters as:
-c 4096
-n SqlServer
c:\twohawk\data\twoh
awk.db -n twohawkdb
c:\twohawk\taxdata\t
axtable.db -n taxdb

On the last screen, I checked to start the service - Sybase Central then
locks up and has to be cancelled via task manager.

When I come back in, the service appears to have been created (the light is
green) and the status is 'start pending'.

I also tried without checking the 'start service' box and then starting the
service manually - same results.

I have done this many times with many customers - I am stumped on this one.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Austin
