Author what is the equivalent collat sequence in ASA for NO_CASE_ISO1 in ase

Will that be ISO_1 with no case sensitive for comparision while creating
database(dbinit without -c option)?

Yes. Probably the default will do. If you do need to be absolutely
specific about it you could specify dbinit -z ISO_1 with ASA 9 if
the match is better. There are also ISO1LATIN1 and ISO9LATIN1
you will want to review. [see dbinit -l for all your options]

These days, I suspect ISO9LATIN1 or CP1252 are you current standards
if the collation of LATIN1 extensions are your only concern.
