Author Stack Trace error

We are recieving a stack trace error msg "String code out of range: 19" (or
number other than 19 depending on the file and path name) when we execute
certain input statements in dbisql. For instance, the following input
statement gives us the message since c:\unload_asa7\upto contains 19
characters

input into PARCEL_TO_OWNER from 'c:\unload_asa7\upto
' format ascii;commit;

Any thoughts on what's going on here?

Which version and build number of SQLAnywhere are you using? For
example, use the command "dbeng9 -v" for SQLAnywhere 9.x.
