We've decided to write a new application for WinCE using CF2.0 and am
waiting for the release of Build 3221 which is supposed to support the new
>NET compact framework. Do you have an estimate on when this build will be
release? The lates EBF for WinCE is listed as 3207 on 04nov2005.

902 Build 3228 for Win32+CE just pasted testing so both should be posted
shortly.
