Author Internal database error *** ERROR *** Assertion failed: 104301 (9.0.1.1964)

I am running a process which is used to add a new remote to a consolidated database. The process is ending with ISQL having the following error:
Internal database error *** ERROR *** Assertion failed: 104301 (9.0.1.1964)
Attempt to free a user descriptor with non-zero reference count -- transaction rolled back

I have also tried applying the 2009 EBF and rerunning and process, but received the same assertion with version 2009.

The last thing that I see in the dbsrv9 output window is:

GRANT CONNECT to "R265259" IDENTIFIED by ""
Starting checkpoint of "TFLLOAD" (tfl.db) at Tue Apr 19 2005 13:17
Finished checkpoint of "TFLLOAD" (tfl.db) at Tue Apr 19 2005 13:17
*** ERROR *** Assertion failed: 104301 (9.0.1.1964)
Attempt to free a user descriptor with non-zero reference count

I also turned on -zr all and have the output file.
What should I do to get around the error?

Thanks in advance,
Dave

You may want to consider opening a technical support case. The only recent occurence of this ASSERTION that I can find reference was addressed in the EBF level that you were running.

If you've got a reproducible at v901.2009, we'd love it if you open a case
through CaseXpress so we could figure out what's going on. You can always
report a bug for free by visiting CaseXpress at
http://casexpress.sybase.com/cx/cx.stm. When submitting calls through
CaseXpress, please make sure to give an accurate description of the steps
you take to reproduce the bug, and include any files that may be needed
(database, source code) to reproduce the problem.

Make sure that you provide a full repro if you submit this a "report a bug" case. It is unlikely that we will be able to do much will just request logs.
