Table Fragmentation

| When our database loads it reports 12 disk fragments. Is this referring to
table fragmentation? If so, how do I correct it? I've read about
sa_table_fragmentati
on() but I am not sure how to interpret the results. Can
someone point me in the right direction?

| This is referring to the file fragmentation of the database file. Please see
the following documentation for instructions on how to correct the file
fragmentation:
