v8.0.2
I'd like to know if I can run dbsrv as an NT service via
command line. I don't want to install Sybase Central on our
customer site but I want to be able to setup the database
server as an NT service.

Use the "dbsvc" command-line utility.

In the SQLAnywhere 8.0.2 online docs, see:

Adaptive Server Anywhere Database Administration Guide
15. Database Administration Utilities
The Service Creation utility
- Managing services using the dbsvc command-line utility
