To add to this, I removed my java classes from the database, then
removed java support (using the upgrade tool in Sybase Central) and
readded it, then reinstalled my classes, stopping and restarting the
database after each step.
No change...

Remove the ns_ from if replying by e-mail (but keep posts in the
newsgroups if possible).
