dblgen6.dll -Version Mismatch

Using Sybase 6.0.3. One user in a network setting cannot
connect to the network. Error is: "dblgen6.dll Version
Mismatch". I have confirmed that both the server and the
user are using dblgen6.dll v6.0.6.2747

Problem has nothing to do with server. ASA client DLLs (dbodbc6.dll,
dblgen6.dll, etc.) are mismatched on that PC (should all be the same
version).

PS. BTW, ASA 6.0.6.2747 never existed ;).
