| Is this the first time you have install ASA 9.0.2 on this machine? Did you
upgrade to ASA 9.0.2 from a previous version of ASA 9.0.x? If so, how did
you upgrade?
I recommend uninstall ASA 9 and then re-installing it. I would also check
the files that exist in the C:\Program Files\Sybase\Shared\
folder and below
with another install that works to determine if the install did not complete
successfully.
