Hi, long story short - we've got a team of experienced java developers
who must learn ASA 8. Mainly we need to write well-tuned views and
stored procedures against the db. The team has no db experience but
understand the basics of tables, pkeys/fkeys, simple SQL.

1. Book recommendations please

2. Do you know of anyone who does training in the Boston area?

Any help appreciated.
