I have 3 databases Sql Anywhere v9 running on a single server. 2 run very
well and 1 is slow.
They are all from the same original file and the slow one has very few
records.

Any ideas how to make it faster or where to check for bad server or odbc
settings?

Please fill in some more details...

When you say it is "slow", how are you measuring it?
What queries are running slow?
Have you compared the plans for those slow queries between the "fast" and "slow"
databases?
What build of 9.0.x are you using?
How big are the databases?
