hello

if i have installed a developer-edition from ASA9 and now i have bought a
license from ASA9 - must a de-install and install the complete
asa9-software - or do a "setup"-Update from asa9 or is there any
license-tool for the asa-9-database-server??

I believe that to go from the Developer Edition to a full-blown licensed
copy you need to uninstall and re-install.
