Problems with Download Maintenance Release(German), Upgrade of 9.0.x to 9.0.2 (Software Only)

| Hello,
when I download the Maintenance Release(German), Upgrade of 9.0.x to 9.0.2
(Software Only) für Win32, I can' install it, because the EXE is "damaged".
I tryed the download muliple times, but I always receive the same error.
What can I do ?

| I just downloaded and started the German Maintenance Release setup with no
trouble. The file I downloaded was 127,286,590 bytes in size and called
SA902_Win32_DE_Patch
.exe. Is this the same file and byte count that you
have when the download finishes?

sorry for the late response, I was in holidays
my file has exactly the samt size (127.286.590), I just downloaded again,
but I still get this error
Can I receive this via CD or othe download-location ?
