Author Performance Problem with SQLAny DesktopRuntime 5.5

System:
- WinXP SP2
- about 600MB database file
- SQLAny DesktopRuntime 5.5. Engine
- connection: ODBC
Problem: specific write operations with BLOBs are extremly
slow, all other operations (queries) behave normal; On other
ASA servers (e.g. 8.0) I can't reproduce this problem
Question: Are any limitations or bugs of the RtDsk server
known?

Thanks

The runtime engine does not use a transaction log, thus has to
checkpoint more frequently. This hurts performance.
