Author Mobilink Server Doesnt start gives (ODBC State = ^B, Native error code = 80)

Hi,

I am not able to start mobilink server for some reason. I have been
using ASA8 and the mobilink server worked fine. Now I installed ASA9
and am trying to start the mobilink server. The log shows the
following. The error code and ODBC state is garbage. I dont know if it
is to be understood as something.
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you
Smurthy

Can you provide your shell environment the environment in which you are
running?

Are you using the ASA ODBC driver as the driver manager ? If you are, then
did you follow this setup to create the links to the 9.0.x version of the
ODBC libraries.
http://tldp.org/HOWTO/Sybase-ASA-HOWTO/x428.html#AEN612

(The document talks about version 7, but it is the same files with a 9 at the
end for ASA9).

Thanks Shuchit,
I had a mistake in the odbc.ini file, with the Driver pointing to the
wrong file. You defnitely pointed me the right way. Thank you all for
helping out.
