Do you have SQLAnywhere 7.x for Linux and you want to know how to run
it? Or are you looking for the software?

Have you purchased licenses for it?

Which distro and version of Linux are you using?

Hello Greg...
I using knoppix 3.8 and linux mandrake
like me to run SQLanywhere 7 of being possible
in some version of linux it does not matter as.
exists some version of for SQLanywhere linux?
in this moment I am using SQL 7 for Windows with programs done in power to
builder 5 and
I need to migrate these programs to linux

You can buy SQLAnywhere for Linux, but I don't believe they're selling=20
any version of 7.x any more, since it ended all engineering support last=20
month. Can you use 8.x or 9.x instead?

Remove the ns_ from if replying by e-mail (but keep posts in the=20
newsgroups if possible).

Along with David's response, here is the supported platform matrix:

If you are going to choose to try a newer version of SQLAnywhere, I
strongly suggest using 9.x

There is a free Developer Edition available as well:

http://www.ianywhere.com/promos/dev_edition/index.html
