ISQL should preserve Results widths on re-select

| When the user has resized column widths in the Results pane, then
re-executes a SELECT to display exactly the same columns, ISQL should
not restore the original column widths.
Sometimes the user goes to considerable effort to widen columns so the
full title displays, and narrow other columns that are too wide. Then
poof! all that effort is wiped out by F5 - Execute.
FWIW time-dependent result sets are one example where selects are
repeated; e.g., complex joins involving sa_conn_info, sa_locks,
sa_conn_properties, etc.
I can imagine this request may be more difficult to *implement* than
to *ask for*. Here is a condition that would work for me: If it is the
same tab in the Results pane, and the number of columns are the same
as before, and they all have the same titles in the same order as
before, then re-use the previous column widths.
