If you specify "dbsvc -as -I -w ..." like it says in the Help, the
message says "One of -a and -as is required if -w is used".

The REAL problem is -I is wrong, it should be -i... takes a while to
figger that out if you're using a whole mess of parameters.

I've already passed along the Help suggestion...

The message 'One of -a and -as is required if -w is used' is part of the
usage message - if you run 'dbsvc -?' you'll get the same thing. I will
add a message saying something like 'Unrecognized switch: -I' in this case.
