DBINIT command line option for password to dba user.
Helpful especially if the dba pwd is case sensitive & if i use unload/reload
option.
Thanks

Some kind of SQL procedure should be provided as part of the MobiLink
consolidated setup to let MobiLink scripts send text to the MobiLink
server diagnostic log. Debugging complex MobiLink scripts on Oracle,
for example, is a nightmare.

Especially when the order of MobiLink events is changed (:

Breck, I think you posted this as a reponse, but meant it as a separate
topic.

Though I don't disagree that this could be a useful feature, you can do
this from the command line today:

$ dbinit foo.db
$ dbisql -c " uid=DBA;pwd=SQL;dbf=
foo.db" grant connect to DBA
identified by 'MyNewPassword'

I like that option because I want to increase the file size at dbinit.

$ dbinit -p 4096 --file-size 400MB --password 'newdbapwd' test.db

Everything is done!

Thanks,
Daigo
