User output to MobiLink server diagnostic log

Some kind of SQL procedure should be provided as part of the MobiLink
consolidated setup to let MobiLink scripts send text to the MobiLink
server diagnostic log. Debugging complex MobiLink scripts on Oracle,
for example, is a nightmare.

(no, Java and C# solutions are not of interest :)
