Author Dbisql update announcements should not repeat

As far as I can tell, the dbisql "check for updates" functionality
suddenly started working for me with 9.0.2.3124, and that is a good
thing... it is very welcome.

However, it keeps telling me about EBF 3131, day after day, probably
because I have chosen not to install it yet.

IMO it should keep track of the latest EBF it has announced on this
workstation, and then keep its own counsel until an even newer EBF has
been released.

Priority: lowwwww :)

Breck,

Tools-->Options-->Check for updates, What is the interval for checking for
updates set at? You can increase the interval. Does this help?

It is daily, and I want it to be daily... I want to know right away
that a new EBF has been posted. But I don't want to be told, day after
day after day, about the *same* EBF :)

Like I said, it's low priority.

I take it back... Now I'm used to seeing an announcement about build
3137 every day, as I wait patiently for build >= 3154.

I'd rather see it every day than risk missing a one-time announcement.
