Stop dbmlsync.exe from reusing "AA", "BB".

| Please stop dbmlsync.exe from reusing the "xx" portion of the
"yymmddxx.LOG" file names when DELETE_OLD_LOGS = 'ON' is used in
conjunction with dbmlsync -x and multiple synchronizations are done
within a single day.
At best it is disconcerting, at worst it is confusing, to see "AA"
reappear as soon as it is deleted... please don't reuse "AA" until you
have to wrap from "ZZ".

| Have you considered using delete_old_logs = 'delay' ? Transaction log files
whose naming convention indicates that they were created on the same day
will not be deleted. That should guarantee that the file yymmddXX.log will
not be re-used.

Indeed... but I wanted to explicitly include the letters AI
(anti-inflammatory), as in "reduces swelling of the ego" :)
