Add the year to all log file outputs
as an example here is the start of a line from a server log file
I. 01/17 21:21:45.
I'd like this changed to
I. 01/17/2005 21:21:45.

I agree 100%... and I *think* all this logging stuff is changing
dramatically for Jasper.
