SQL Remote log renaming - custom name

| Greetings lords,
Here's a sentence from ASA 9.0.2.2551 help: "If the log message will make
the file size exceed the specified size, SQL Remote renames the output file
to yymmddxx.dbr".
That's a very fine feature, however it would be nice for one to be able to
manually set the mask of the renamed file(s).
Appreciation,
Pavel

| What is the business impact/value of such a feature? Can you provide
samples of masks that you might want to use and why?

I've found out that our guys have set the agents to log into a single shared
directory. It's fine to have all the logs in one place and review them all
just by pressing 'arrow down' and then 'F3' in Total Commander; but when I
needed to check what happened about a month ago, going back through 5M files
was a nightmare.
Now, they are all in separate directories of course, but just a thought - If
a mask could be provided for log renaming, they all could be in a single dir
with some prefix for each remote DB.
