Author Encryption Key Management in ASA (like ASE 12.5.3)?

Are there any plans at Sybase to incorporate encryption key management into
ASA, like has been done in ASE 12.5.3, to make column-level encryption
easier to do?

If it is being given some consideration, it would be great if one could
assign multiple keys to the same column with conditional WHERE-like clauses
to specify which rows would use which keys (similar to how tables can be
partitioned up in a SQL Remote publication). Allowing a default key for a
column to be specified would be very useful.

Multiple keys for a column would allow the security administrator to expire
keys without requiring that every row in a table be touched when the key to
be expired is replaced with a new key (unless that was the only key used for
the column).

Thanks,
