| The new dbisql should have the .xml filename in the title, if an xml plan is
opened. In Windows, there's only 'Interactive SQL' shown, what can cause
slight confusion when several XML files are opened using several dbisqlg's.

I agree 110%... except that "slight confusion" is an understatement...
I get *completely* confused the moment I open 2 (two) such windows :)
I believe this entire area is being re-invented for Jasper, BUT I wish
the ISQL folks would make this change in version 9 since we're going
to be using V9 LogExpensiveQueries for years to come... Jasper is a
longgggg way off for most shops.

Fine to hear that :)
Oh, I mean, of course it isn't fine to hear about your confusion, but it's
fine to hear that someone agrees. What else to say? I agree with your
agreement - this should be implemented into version 9 also!
