Author Replication Problems (dbremote was ran on a backup)

I have a consolidated db at a clients site that replicates through ftp. I
have a backup that is a few hours old and we wanted to test some import
procedures so I created a couple new remote users and extracted the dbs. I
set the cons db and the remotes to replicate on my pc but I missed a couple
of the remote users. When I tested replication on my old db it connected to
the live replication data and replicated with a few sites.

What are my options in keeping the live consolidated db replicating?

Hi Eddie,
I recommend opening a support case to work through this scenario, the
troubleshooting scope is a bit complex to try and handle through the
newsgroup.

The easy answer would be to re-extract the users that did receive and
apply data from the backup system. I'm assuming that you are trying to avoid
that.

I would like to avoid it if possible <g>

How would I go about opening up a support case?
