Replication with FTP

| I'm creating a replication system with 3 servers on
different citys, I need a "mirror" replication system, where
every server must send the data to the other two servers
every day.
I think that I need FTP message but the documentation about
it is very poor.
Do I need to start the FTP process from the operating system
or the replication system must fire the process by itself?
Do I need a .bat file to start the process and the schedule
from windows start the ftp transfer?

| You need to have a FTP server running on some system
that is accessible from all 3 sites. We do not provide
the FTP server software. Typically your I.T. group will
provide that and do the necessary gateway'ing and
firewall setup to make that functional for you.
We are just a FTP client in that equation.
